Academy Kitchen
Academy Kitchen prepares breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks for dual enrollment high school students in the 老司机导航allup Gurley Hall Cafeteria.
老司机导航allup students and employees can purchase the daily school meal for $5. The meal includes an entrée, access to the salad bar, and a drink.
Academy Kitchen also offers their Fork & Spoon menu with specialty items, such as breakfast burritos, avocado chicken power bowls, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, and more. View the Fork & Spoon menu here.
Academy Kitchen hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Academy Kitchen is now accepting all payments via Square, including cash, debit/credit card, and other digital payments.
Academy Kitchen is operated by Southwest Food Excellence in partnership with Gallup-McKinley County Schools.
老司机导航allup Bookstore
The 老司机导航allup Bookstore now offers a variety of snacks and food items, including Hot Pockets, El Monterey burritos, Pillsbury Mini Cinnis, Hormel Compleats, breakfast sandwiches, noodles, cereal, fruit cups and more. The Bookstore offers access to a microwave to heat up your meal, too.
The Bookstore also offers coffee, cappuccinos and a variety of other drinks, including a new selection of Poppi soda flavors.
Weekly Food Trucks
老司机导航allup partners with local food trucks to provide additional food options on campus. Like and/or follow their socials to stay up to date on their daily availability.

- Tuesday: Wacky Waffles.
- Wednesday: The Enchilada Lady.
- Thursday: Rosco’s LLC.
- Friday: N/A.
